The office for New River Counseling & Wellness PLLC is located in the Oak Summit Office Complex at 895 State Farm Road, Boone, NC 28607. It is in building 400, suite 403-6.
If coming from the direction of Watauga Medical Center, the Oak Summit Office Complex is just passed the traffic light for Boone Heights Drive on the right hand side. You will make a right turn into the office complex. It is across the street from the Blue Ridge Medical Offices. You have gone too far if you drive passed the Pathology Associates of Boone on the right side of the street.
If coming from the direction of Appalachian State University, you will head Southeast on State Farm Road and you will make a left turn into the Oak Summit Office Complex after passing the Pathology Associates of Boone. It is across the street from the Blue Ridge Medical Offices.
